Deposit/Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required for confirmation of adventure booking. Payment must be received by RSA in order to secure date. Payment is by Check or Money Order only. Balance is due upon arrival.

This deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation is received by RSA in writing 30 days prior to your scheduled tour.

Deposit is also 100% refundable if scheduled tour is cancelled by RSA due to extreme weather conditions. 

Please note ~ Campers:  There are no TV's or cable access. Radios, cell phones, pagers, lap tops, palm pilots, DVD players, CD players, or any other electronic devices should be left at home as they are not allowed to interfere in your retreat to nature.. In the event of an emergency, you can be contacted through Russ-Stick Acres.

 

 

We are located in a snow belt in Mancelona, Michigan.  Easy to find directions from US 131.

And remember...

For every person that is born, 15 dogs and 45 cats are born. To provide homes for all these pets, every person would have to own 2 dogs and 6 cats at all times. A household of five would have to harbor 10 dogs and 30 cats! Adoption alone is obviously not the answer. Altering is. Please spay or neuter your pets.
